I had a seller that I brought large amounts of supplements for my family for years. Now when I go to buy there's a screen that says they are not accepting bids or offers from me (see pic attached). I'm unable to add their products to my basket and all the ones that were in there have disappeared.
I WhatsApp the seller and she said I was not blocked. However she's now no longer responding to my messages.
Is this a legitimate blocking or mistake that needs more investigation??

This is presumably a business seller so you can contact the seller by "non-eBay" means such as a telephone call. Details will be on the listings pages.
Sellers "can" decide to block buyers for any reason and do not have to give reasons ...

Thank you for your response. I Whatsapp her and she did respond. I call the next and and the phone is switched off. It's such a shame as I really enjoyed her products.

There is no obvious/visible reason why the seller might have blocked you.
Sometimes buyers get blocked because they have non-payment strikes.
You don't seem to have left bad feedback for any sellers - did you return an item to this seller?
I am not sure contacting Ebay would resolve this. It seems odd that the seller has stated you are not blocked but then has not messaged you again.
Personally, I would send them one more message and, if they don't respond, maybe find a different seller.

There was some delivery issues but it wasn't from my side & wrong items sent. I think maybe she may have blamed me. I may have to find a different seller.
