How can I get help from Ebay?
I have received an item which is not as decribed at all. I have contacted the seller twice but they do not respond?
I wish to speak to the retailer and get them to send a replacement. All I can find is a way to return the item.I don't have a printer to print off a return label. I wish to negotiate with the seller to send me a replacement or discount the price he charged me.
We are talking daffodil bulbs in the green which are too tiny to plant out in the garden and will not be big enough to flower fir at least 2 years. I bought 50 for £28.98 they are just like grass and really small.

eBay cannot force a seller to issue a partial refund or send replacement. If seller is not replying that's not a good sign. You don't have to print a label. You will get a QR code which your post office can scan for you to produce the return label.

You do need to open a return case.
That will force the seller to respond.
You have 30 days from receipt to do this.
Really, they do not have to send a replacement. That is usually a solution when you don't receive anything at all. I would never accept a replacement - it may be as bad as what you received in the first place.
They will probably expect you to return the items you received. You would have to find a way to print the label. Local libraries and print shops can do this or you would have to ask a friend with a printer. They may offer a partial refund but don't have to.
The seller is not responding to you so your choices are limited.
Keep the bulbs you bought even if you are not happy with them.
Start a return and send the bulbs back for a full refund. Then you can buy bulbs locally (even supermarkets stock them) that you can see before you buy.
