Hi, I have blocked a member from buying items from my account and today they used a different account and paid the full price which was over 1500. I noticed that the address when I received offers before is the same on the buyer details . Is that normal?

buyers cannot use a different account to circumvent a sellers blocks.

Contact eBay and explain and ask them to cancel the transaction as an unwelcomed buyer.

No, it's using an account to circumvent a sellers buyer requirements, which is malicious bidding.

You need to contact eBay and tell them.

Dear Plpmr, thank you. That was really helpful and Iam glad that I followed your advice. I cancelled and my item was then bought by one of my best welcomed buyers. I reported to eBay but due to confidentiality eBay will deal with it . Thanks again
