Scammed on Software Item

Hi all

I was sold a itme (software licence key for Adobe products ) and after some time the Key was revoked by Adobe that the key is not official ..

I tried to contact the Ebay , however they have only the option to chat with the bot .

Any advise will be the most appriciated .

if the key was digitally delivered to you there's no eBay protection, but you could try your payment provider.

It would help so much to tell us when and how you paid when asking questions.

eBay doesn't cover digitally delivered items. PayPal is more flexible so you could try filing a dispute if that's how you paid, provided its still within their 30 day time limit. Or you could try your credit or debit card issuer if you paid or funded the payment from a card.

It is like you would buy a second hand car from official seller and after 5 montsh police will stop you that your car is stollen and it will be taken away.
so I have no money, nor the product I paid for .

For an item purchased June 2023 you're way out of time to do anything via eBay (30 days), PayPal (30 days) or your debit/credit card provider (120 days). 

It's vital to buy these kind of items only from a licensed reputable business seller.
