Scam advertising

I ordered an antique style singing bird jewelry box, despite waiting patiently nothing arrived and seller claimed a batch of deliveries was lost by courier, I complained and received my money back

i then ordered the same thing from another seller and I’m now getting the same message that it’s lost with courier

I presume these adverts are all linked scams

It is hardly a scam if it is so easy to get a refund.

Shame you do not appear to have used the correct way to get a refund, (opening a NOT RECEIVED case) as that would then reflect in the trading history of the   Company, coupled with negative feedback.

For buyers who are foolish enough to do nothing within 30 days, they will not get a refund, but can ask their payment provider for help. If paying by Paypal the rules are the same as ebay 30 days.

This cannot be proved, sounds  a little too coincidental, but all you can do is to await the last estimated date for delivery and open a case for item not received for your refund.

Out of interest were these sellers UK registered business/ UK Private sellers, or internationally registered sellers?
