Saying rug has been delivered

Purchased a rug 2 days ago seller is saying it has been delivered, which it hasn't 🤔 seems very suspicious??tracking was provided ,but unable to load tracking details for my address..

If the tracking is not valid wait until the last estimated delivery date on the listing has passed then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here to get a refund:

We purchased the rug yesterday, seems odd that on my page that it was
delivered today ??,but thanks for advice ..I've contacted the seller that
we have not received the rug at all

Are you sure that the seller didn't just mark it as being dispatched yesterday?

It would be very unusual for anything of this size and weight to be delivered the day after buying it. It's unlikely to have been sent by RM special delivery, which is about the only service that would offer this.

Anyway, don't worry about what the seller says. What counts is the latest estimated delivery date stated in the listing. You can't expect it to  arrive before this date, or complain if it doesn't.

If it's overdue for delivery you can then if necessary open a case under eBay's money back guarantee.
