Sales payment clearing/becoming available

How long does it take for a payment you’ve received for something you’ve sold and the buyer has completed the payment for, to become available in your eBay balance, to use to make a purchase towards something on eBay please?!

Possibly 21 days. 

You only have a small number of feedback for sales, but I imagine you must be getting close to the point when money is available as soon as processed.

I see you have a larger number of feedback for sales in the past, but assume that you have had a break from selling, and have to restart as though a new seller. This is partly due to possiblilty of account being hacked, and is done to protect both you and the buyers.
