I AM TRYING TO LIST AN ITEM BUT I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE SAYING I HAVE REACHED MY LIMIT BUT I HAVE NO OTHER ITEMS FOR SALE?!?

There are limits for new sellers and sometimes that starts at zero.   There's a link to request a limit increase on here:

Also make sure you've added a bank account to your ebay account in order to transfer payments.   Details here:
