Hi guys,
Feeling rather stressed.
Basically I'm having issues with my seller level (in global region) being below standard.
99.9% of my sales are to the UK where I have no problem, I'm a Top Rated seller.
I sell very few items internationally. There lays my issue. I've had one or two issues when sending internationally (parcels held at customs or completely going missing etc..) one of which has ended in a case closed without seller resolution (yes my fault!) but this defect has now put my seller level below standard in Global region.
As I sell so few items internationally, I cannot for the life of me see any way of getting it back above standard. eBay are counting all my global sales in the past 12 months (the defect is from January) so in reality my Global level is going to be below standard until January next year until it drops off.
I've had an email today from eBay stating that if I don't get my global sales out of below standard they may place restrictions or even block me from selling all together.
Really don't know what to do. Will they just block me from selling globally or stop me from selling altogether?
