I wonder what other members have done after customer service have not helped or resolved an issue and complaint. It isn't like they have said it is resolved, it is that they have simply not known how to resolve it. Mine is a simple issue and I don't understand why it is causing them such a problem.
The customer service said I had to pay twice for postage as, and i post from the transcript:
'Sometimes, the courier has to cover more distance than expected. So, they will charge extra postage for which you are not responsible.'

Ebay do not get involved in disputes over postage.
The responsibility for this almost certainly lies with the seller.
This is your third post about this - it is better to stick to one post so everyone can see the points you have made and the advice already offered.
if the seller sent your item with insufficient postage on, it gets held up in the system and takes a long time to be delivered, and Royal Mail impose a fine.
That is why you had to pay an additional £3.50p
You could have refused to make the payment and subsequently opened an 'item not received' case.
