SELLER DID NOT SEND ITEM WONT REFUND

I PLACED AN ORDER ON OCTOBER SELLER DID NOT SEND IT AND IGNORES ALL MY REQUESTS FOR REFUND  E BAY HAS NOT HELPED AND CASE IS CLOSED TO THEM ANYTHING I CAN DO BEFORE I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

You've left it too long to try and claim item not received via eBay, you must open a claim within 30 days of the latest delivery date showing on your order.

 

If you funded the payment with a debit or credit card you can run this by your card provider, you may be able to issue a not received chargeback with them.
