Do I really have to put up with a rude seller. I ordered 2 sets of 3 piece bath mats, however although the label stayed 6 pieces in the parcel 2 were missing so I had 2 incomplete sets. I immediately contacted the seller and asked to send photos which I did. From then on, I have been accused of lying/ theft, daily conversations like, ‘ listen dearie’ .. ‘ first of all listen carefully’ .. when I said I can’t even understand your English, I was told, ‘ I know when someone saying correct things then you can’t understand English.’ … another message, ‘now be relaxed. And even you should say thank you to me…
when I checked some of his reviews there are literally 205 identical comments , all unverified, very suss!

You don't have to contact the seller at all, just open a return using the reason: Items missing, or not as described. This will give your seller 3 working days to send you a return label. If they don't, and from what you say your seller sounds like they may be in China and won't be able to send you a label, you escalate your case and ask ebay to step in and refund.
Where are the items located? Have a look on the listing and if it is in the UK you do not need to send them back to an overseas address and if this is all the seller sends, escalate to ebay.

You can delete them, you don't even need to read them.
You say he says he has posted them again. Well that is his decision, whether he has or has not shouldn't affect your case. Just concentrate on that, ignore any more messages, and escalate as soon as you can.
