Royal mail tracking information not updating by eBay

I have been updating the tracking information manually in the dispatched orders field. I have had no trouble with the automated system until this week. I was getting ready for the change on the 4th Feb. it now seems the Royal mail tracking update has been turned off . I guess that means I would not get paid for up to 2 weeks if they do not fix this before  they change on the 4th Feb. anybody else having this issue? I have no way of getting in touch with eBay as the automated help is not set up to answer technical questions about the platform.

If you buy postage through ebay/packlink it shows immediately, 

If you buy at PO, you have to manually add tracking. 

Ebay system can be slow to update after item is delivered, this is assuming postie scans item on delivery.
