Fees on postage

I just sold a coat for £20. Buyer paid the £3.75 postage.  But when I paid eBay for the postage label, it cost me £4.75.  What is this additional cost ?

On the same day (today)  I also sold paperweights.  Buyer paid £3.75 postage.  There was no additional cost !

please, can someone explain this to me ??

I suspect coat was heavier than you thought, so postage is more.
