Royal Mail Tracked 48 didn't deliver

15 DAYS & not delivered.

You cannot talk to anyone, either ebay or Royal Mail, their preferred postal service they FORCE sellers to use.

Can anyone help?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 didn't deliver

Just open a case for item not received:

As a reasonable time has passed your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you have not received the item,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

If Simple Delivery was used, then ebay should refund when a not received case is opened not the seller.

Are you the seller?

If you used Simple Delivery and the buyer opens an 'item not received' case, Ebay will refund them and you will keep the buyer's payment.

If you didn't have to use SD, then you can claim against Royal Mail.

All carriers lose items from time to time but I must say, I exclusively use Royal Mail and I had one item not delivered in 2024 and none so far this year.

What alternative would you use if you had free choice?
