Hi how do I contact EBAY uk ? I have been overcharged on an item I made an offer on. I have contacted seller who told me it's an Ebay mistake and to contact Ebay. Can't find a way as all choices are preset ie return item, contact seller etc.
Thanks Ronny

How can you be overcharged?
If you made an offer and seller accepted, you pay.
Offers are only for item, any postage on listing is still payable.
If seller is non UK, even if item is posted from here, you pay 20% VAT and maybe import fees as well.

Sounds unlikely, but you can request a callback on here:

Hi, yes we agreed on a price io offered but to me his page was starting full price yet his was showing adjusted price anyway he said just pay it and eBay should adjust it, it didn’t. Reply from seller (uk seller)
“Yes please contact eBay it states £125 on my selling page slightly naughty from eBay if they have charged you more”
just need to contact eBay but where?

Don't forget if the seller sent you an offer and you accepted , you will pay a Buyer Protection Fee on top, perhaps this is what you are seeing?
If not and you still wish to contact CS, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

It's the buyer protection fee. Ebay can only charge you what is due, they don't make mistakes with the fee.
