Good afternoon, I would like to get advice on how best to act in this situation. I bought a set of used dishes and it was self-pickup. The road took 2.5 hours. When I examined the goods, there was a crack on the spout of the teapot. I showed it to the seller and asked for a refund. The seller replied that you paid £130 - this is not expensive. . I was somehow confused and took the goods and left. At home I examined it and there was a 2.5cmx 9cm crack on the teapot . I sent a photo. The seller does not believe it, as if I made this crack. There are stains on the napkins, the gold on 3 cups is erased. But nothing was written about this in the description. Usually everything is described. I wrote to the seller about a refund for the teapot of £25 , since this one needs to be thrown away. And this is the most expensive item in the set, if the seller had written this information, I would not have considered this option. I bought it by pickup for the first time. The seller offered £5 as a gesture of goodwill. But I won't buy a new teapot for that money. Please advise me what to do in this case.

Even though you collected the items yourself, you can still open a return as long as you paid through Ebay.

Start a return and the seller will then be able to offer you a partial refund or they will have to arrange for all of the items to be returned (at their expense) and give you a full refund.
