I recently revised a couple of listings once they were up (set for auction, I must stress), and when I had saved the listing, it had reset to a "buy it now" item, which I had no knowledge of. This has caused me to cancel two unwanted orders. No doubt thid has upset the customers and put my feedback at risk.
Why is this happening!?
