Reverse a refund

I recently had a parcel go missing so I refunded the seller.  The parcel has now turned up as a neighbour had taken it in then gone away for a few days. The buyer now wants to pay me again but the order is complete.  How can I send them a payment request?

You can't send a payment request through Ebay.

If you both have Paypal, they could pay your Paypal account.  They would need your paypal email.

Or, they could pay you by bank transfer if you are happy to give them your sort code and account number.
