Returns

Buyers in my recent experience are using  " not  as described "  to get refunds at no  cost to themselves.  What do i do.  I hardly ever received these requests now I'm inundated so much so that my seller rating  for items described has gone from 5 to 4 virtually overnight.  I rang CS to ask them to change my account to accept returns so at least buyers will have to pay to return.  I tried in my preferences to do this but it still says seller not accepting return.  Any advice please.

If you want to accept returns, you need to create a policy here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/rt/editautomation

Then, in seller hub, using bulk edit on your live listings, you need to add that policy to your listings.

Use 'bulk edit' then choose 'returns policy' from the dropdown menu.
