Returns

I do not offer returns but a buyer requested one due to some shoes not fitting her. She opened a case but hadn't messaged me.  When eBay notified me of this, I refused the return as I just relist items thad don't fit me and I said she could do the same.  eBay then closed the case.

I have got a message from her today saying that she has returned the shoes to me and also another pair that she bought from another seller, but put my address on that return by mistake.  So that is two pairs of shoes on the way back to me.  I could refuse to accept them if I am at home, but what should I do if they are delivered when I am out.  Would be glad of some help please.

You're not obliged to refund.   "Doesn't fit" is a change of mind reason which sellers are entitled to refuse.   Her case is closed anyway.   

If you decide not to refund she needs to send you the postage upfront if she wants them back.   She has to do that anyway for the pair she's sent you by mistake.

The buyer should pay for the return of the shoes that are not yours,and as for the pair that are yours. then simply mark as return to sender, if you don't want to refund,as you get 90 days to do so
