Item received but no tracking information

I have received the item but the tracking information says it has not been delivered so the seller has not been paid.

how do I tell eBay that the item has been received?

Leaving feedback will help if item is less thatn £10.     More than £10 there's nothing you can do.   Without tracking the seller's money will be released after 14 days.
