Hello, I recently purchased a watch strap on 19/05/2025 and the item broke after removing it from my watch on 08/07/2025. eBay have closed my request and the seller is refusing to refund or replace. I have paid £52 for a watch strap that is now completely useless and only had it for 7 weeks. Is there any other way I can get a refund even though I am outside the 30 day return policy? Any help would be appreciated!
