Returns hasn’t moved

I returned an item using a QR code , I keep checking tracking but it hasn’t moved for days , I now think the seller was dodgy as he’s removed all listing because they go against eBay standards. Item did have buyer protection, but it’s all in limbo. Item was paid with a pay in 3 which second payment is due soon. Any suggestions appreciated. Everyone I’ve spoken to says they can’t do anything until the parcel is delivered but I’ve got a feeling it won’t be.

Have you checked the tracking on the Royal Mail or courier website or just on Ebay?

Unless the seller receives the item, they won't have to refund you and you may have to claim against the courier for the lost item.
