Returning an item for the first time

I am wanting to return an item for the first time.

The seller has accepted the return and also accepts free returns.

There is no button to PRINT RETURN LABEL. There is an address (In China) for me to send it back to. How can I achieve a free return?

Unless the seller sends you a label you'd have to pay the postage.  This is a problem with sellers outside the UK.    But try escalating to ebay after 4 days.  They sometimes refund without return.

Thank you for responding so quickly, that's helpful! Its says free returns but no label... haha. So not free at all.
