Returning a Momox cd

I con't return a cd to Momox via Ebay as it requires a photo.  What photo? And how to I supply it? All instructions lead me nowhere. All the ways of supplying whatever they want are not within my IT capabilities.

Just copy and paste a photo from the original listing.  (If you don't know how to copy and paste, ask google.)

You don't have to supply an original photo but you do have to add at least one photo to the return case.
