Returning Faulty Item Seller not supplied return label

I started a return as the item I purchased is faulty and battery not holding charge but no label is available. Seller saying eBay will supply label but there is no label anywhere  

cannot find any way of contacting eBay other than an auto bot which is useless. 
I have told seller he needs to generate label and send but he is now not responding and I’m worried about running out of time as quite an expensive item.

4 days after opening case, escalate (ask ebay to step in) it to ebay,

They will sort label or refund.
