I accepted a return as the item had a tiny hole (large hole according to buyer, but that's not my point). Received item back but it smells of body odour! What do I do? If I report the buyer, can she see the report as this does seem to be a sensitive matter?? Also am I protected against this kind of thing or do I just lose out?
Trying to involve ebay in my opinion would be a waste of time, as they would just say they did not see what was sent, or what was returned, so they support the buyer. Seller protection simply does not exist.
