Returned item sent back to me by PostOffice.

Not sure what to do,  I received a faulty item,   EBay sent me postal label for return,   I posted it back,  tracking showed it stuck in Romford for over two weeks,    Time was up and eBay refunded my payment, Great,  then  today I received the parcel back,  Royal Mail said the recipient had gone away and it couldn’t be delivered,  what do I do?

Send the seller a message telling them what happened and that you will need the postage money if they still want it back.

Give them a deadline and then do what you want with it after that.
