What have I been charged extra fees once my item got delivered I do not understand they have already deducted the fees when the item was brought

It would be helpful to know the figures, we cannot see your account, and without even knowing the item, difficult to guess.

As genuine private sellers pay no listing fees, or selling fees, without additional information paying any fees does not make sense, unless you have opted for additional services for which fees are charged.

Even with an item shown as located within the UK, if either the buyer or seller uses an eBay  account that is or has been Registered outside the UK  site at any time, it will automatically trigger an additional UK 20% IMPORT VAT  fee payable to HMRC/UK Government >
