Hi , Please, I have only question

My friend purchased From me shoes came from USA From his account And after he recover the shoes, he give to me, but I find problem for the size, and he tried to return it back But he get Message from eBay saying he needs to wait for recover payment first, and after that you can return the item and I think that it’s not common sense can you advise me

You friend needs to check that the seller accepts returns and if they do, open a case saying 'does not fit'.  He will be responsible for the return costs.

If your friend asked us it would be easier to provide advice.
