Return

I sold an electrical toy, the item was fully working with movement and sound as I checked it the day of postage.  I also videoed it doing so.  The buyer has initiated a return saying its not playing sound.

Is video proof of it working with date and time stamp the same day as despatch proof enough? It was a vintage item.

Return

The damage may have happened in transit.   In any case ebay tend to side with buyers and the system is more or less automatic so it's best to accept the return.   Get it back before refunding.   If buyer ends up escalating to ebay they may enforce the refund without return.
