If you were supposed to use Simple Delivery open that label and that will mark item as dispatched. It will remain unused and if paid for by the buyer the cost will be refunded to them in 30 days.
It will probably be too late to add the new tracking number when the time comes but have a go via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
