Hi, I’ve received a refund for an item through a return case. I never received a return label or instructions. Can you confirm if I need to return the item, or is the case fully closed?

If you opened a not as described case, then seller should have provided a return label, but if seller just refunded, case closed. 

Once you have a refund it would be up to seller to request return and pay the cost.
