I started a return and hit doesn’t fit instead of faulty by accident. The item was sent was supposed to be right for what I want. The kit itself is wrong.  It is not as advertised. Is there a way that I can switch my reasons as defective is also the appropriate category as they are also bent and not made properly.  Please help. Thank you.

I'm afraid you will not be able to switch cases.  If you close it you will not be able to open another.

After closing the case though, you could then try your payment provider if you have received a faulty item.

Or,  does the seller accept returns?  You can still return it for a full refund,  but you would need to pay for that fully tracked postage, and there'd be nothing to enforce the seller to repay you that postage cost.
