Return theft

Hi all, I'm in desperate need of some help! I have 2 items that I'm quite certain have been stolen from me - both of decent value Who do I contact in order to get my items back? They have both received there funds back and now are not answering any of my messages. Any help is appreciated.

P.S this isn't a have a go at me post - if your not going to help don't bother replying.

Are you saying you had to refund buyers as item not delivered and now they have been?

If so, ebay won't get involved, it is between you and buyer. 

You could politely ask buyers to repay, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.

If high value and you can prove they have item, try small claims court.

I had to refund buyers as they weren’t happy with the items - they revived the funds already but I havent received my items - small claims court it is!

Correct way is buyer opens ebay case, you issue returns label and only refund once received back.

If you refund 1st, ebay assume you don't want item back,so close case and label not available. 

As said, this is now between you and buyers, ebay won't get involved.

You could offer to send money to cover postage or arrange label direct from carrier.
