I have an accepted return but seller has not sent postage label when they are liable as is a fake item. Seller not responding to messages now. I want eBay to step in but can’t get past the bot who keeps telling me that I need to take action and post or contact seller! Help!

Check the Item location on the listing --- If bought directly from China your options may be limited --- but --- if shipped/posted from a UK location >>
You have only 30 days from delivery date given on the eBay order confirmation to open an 'Item not as described' case --- Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund and buy elsewhere --- worth a try > see here >

Some while ago we had advice from eBay as what to do from foreign parts. Another member copied it out - I have it somewhere and will quote them if I can find it ["Oh ha ha"].
This was - basically - just proceed as normal. Simply open the case for "Not as described" [etc]. When seller does not send label after 3 days simply escalate to eBay who will deal with it. Foreign seller certainly "could" buy labels from RM if not through eBay.
