Return not updating

I returned an item to seller today using the QR code that they supplied, however the return information hasn't updated and is still prompting me to post the item.  I have the proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.   Is this just a delay between Royal Mail and ebay systems?

Why did you return and did you open a return case?

Label should be supplied through the case, not direct from seller.

It was a change of mind return opened through a case and the label was supplied through it.
