Return mattress

I buy the mattress but it's size is not right for my bed and I want to return it but unfortunately I am trying to pack it back in box but it's not getting cold.what I do how I can return.

You would be better asking your seller how to do it. You would be wiser to measure thoroughly before ordering online as it can be an expensive job to return.
