We're having trouble confirming your bank details

I've had a personel account on eBay for a long time. But when eBay brought in the "Simple Delivery" everything got screwed up. I sell 3D printed 2.5 hard drive caddies, which fit inside small envelopes and cost me 85p to deliver via my Royal Mail account. Now, with simple delivery, it costs £2.74p to send. I know there's an exemption for small parcels wieghing under 100gr, But I've never been able to find it in the listing.

 

So I wanted to start a business account where I can have far more control over the postage section. But setting up the banking details is a nightmare.

 

I've entered my bank details several times, and each time I get the same message: "We're having trouble confirming your bank details" I don't see why you should have trouble verifying my bank details, as it doesn't stop you from taking your fees when I sell something out of the same account.

 

I've entered the same details for both bank accounts, but I still get that red sign at the top of the page. Can someone go and have a look and find out what's stopping you from sending those micro 1p?

I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back, try them in the morning:
