Return label

Hi , I’ve purchased an item which I don’t need anymore so I wanted to return , but I don’t have any return label and address and I’ve already start the return by mistake . So please help me how to send the item without a return label . Thank you

If you are sending an item back for the reason ' change of mind',  you need to buy that return tracked postage label yourself, just take it to your Post Office,  buy over the counter postage,  keep the proof of postage safe.

When posted just manually add the tracking number into the case details.

Have you checked that seller acceots returns, private sellers are not obliged to accept a change of mind return.
