I am experiencing an issue with a return I requested on December 19, 2024. The seller provided me with a DHL return label for an international shipment (from the USA), but when I took the parcel to the DHL office, the barcode on the label failed to scan.
I believe the label may have expired, as it has been more than a week since it was issued. I need to complete the return before January 7, 2025, so this is now urgent.
Could you please assist me in contacting the seller for a new label or resolving this issue?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,

I would contact eBay Customer Services, explain the first label was invalid, they should provide another, and charge it to the seller's account.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I don't think ebay can do that for international postage.
