I bought android phone that takes terrible quality pictures and has a faulty system, it acts as a spooky, it presses icons and types leters, and does actions on its own. Alleecorded on video. Seller from China won't provide return label. Wants me to pay for expensive postage despite not having this policy in 1st place. He says that they cannot provide return label but will pay me back once I sent him back. How can I add £40 postage for nothing, he might not refund me anything by making other excuses. There is no option for wBay to step as they say, it's a lie!

It's not a lie, are you still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery ? Then you can receive a full refund, and the seller does have to pay for the returned tracked postage if they want their item back first.
Look at the original listing. Does the location state a UK address? Then, don't be fobbed off with the seller saying it goes back to China, it doesn't, it goes back to the location in the UK.
If within the timeframe, don't delay proceed this way now :
Go right of the item in your Purchase History, and from More Actions select Return this item, selecting the reason... Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller has 3 days to accept the case, if they don't , you need to escalate on day 4, or within 30 days, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
If the seller wants the item back first, they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage. On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. Again, if they don't, you escalate the case. If they refuse to give you the address then contact eBay Customer Services, they will proved the correct label, and charge it to the seller' s account.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, it's a Chinese seller so you may be inundated to close the case early, do not do this, and do not forget to escalate.
