I purchased an item and when it arrived it was faulty. I requested a refund and it was accepted. When I clicked on the return info the barcode was not there. There was an address to send to but no barcode. If I had just sent it eBay would not know I have sent it. I asked the seller for the barcode but they did not reply. When I check return status it says return your item. I have tried to send eBay messages but got no reply. Now the return window is closed. I am going round in circles to find how to contact eBay about this but have no luck finding how to contact them.

eBay do not  answer ' messages'  it's a Call Back option.

If the return window,  the case has closed , you cannot open another for that item with eBay, you'll need to turn to your payment provider for help with your refund now.

For future reference,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
