Return and refund

I bought a hoodie and the seller sent me the wrong one they were happy to do a refund so I sent the hoodie back but never received a receipt or confirmation that I had returned it from the courier. It also says on the refund status that I haven’t send it when I have. The seller says they haven’t received the package yet I’m scared I won’t get my money back

Return and refund

The correct process here is to open a case for item not as described... Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.  You then wait for the seller to send you a prepaid postage label to send the item back.

 

When they receive this,   they have 48 hours to refund you,  if they don't,   you escalate the case,  eBay step in and force the refund.

 

If you stepped out of those instructions above, and posted the item back without actioning a case,  you are in the hands of the seller being honest now and refunding you,  but nothing you can do to enforce the refund.
