Return Label

The seller sold me a fake Samsung s24 ultra, he created a return label that I can not use since I do not have royal mail in my country.  I have requested if I can send it private using DHL but he has not been responding and now the deadline given by eBay is around the corner. What options do I have?

You can return using your own postage.   Add the tracking number to the return using the dropdown menu.

The seller hasn't provided an adequate address. My courier is comfortable
with details on how to reach the seller once the item is delivered. I
bought an s24 but I got an s22. Can I extend the deadline from ebay in
which to return the item?

You are in Zambia and should use the US  www.ebay.com site to open an 'Item not as described' case using this link --- follow the instructions carefully until  case end >

The deadline for dispatch cannot be extended.     The eBay return should supply you with the seller's  correct address.

I already opened a case. Problem is I want to return it privately as the
return label provided by seller is using royal mail which is not present in
zambia. The seller has not provided their address I can use to ship that
is complete.

I think you should try to speak to eBay customer support.    Tomorrow morning go onto the site where you've opened the case and click on Help & Contact at the top of the page and try and get to live chat.   I'll also give you the link for requesting a UK callback but I don't think it will work for where you are.   Here it is anyway:

Good luck.

If you used a freight forwarder, or any other third party, to send your item on to you in Zambia you have no protection under the ebay money back guarantee and the seller didn't have to send you a label at all.

The fact that you got a RM one confirms you used a UK address at checkout.

As advised, if the seller shipped to a UK address and you had the item forwarded to you by a third party, the seller only has to provide a Royal Mail label for use in the UK and, in any case, you are not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

There is a possibility that whoever sent the phone on to you did not send the phone received by your seller so they should not be liable to refund you.
