Refunding/reinstating a one time eBay voucher after item did not deliver

I recently received a voucher for the promotion which allowed me after selling an item for over £10, to receive a £15 coupon which I could use on items over the value of £50

i used it, but sadly the item never came and I have been issued a refund, but this does not include the value of the coupon. Will I be able to claim this extra £15 I should have had back? Or at least have the coupon reinstated?

I'm afraid it's a one use coupon and it cannot be reinstated,  sorry.
