Refunding a buyer

I have refunded a buyer, the refund request has been completed and a one time payment has been charged to my bank account. In my selling page my available funds show the one time payment amount however the funds have not left the bank account authorised for the OTP. Is this normal? I want to be certain the buyer has been refunded.

It can take 14 days to clear if ithe payment comes from your bank account rather than cleared funds.
