Refunded 50% and I returned the boots at my own expense

I bought a pair of boots, wore them 4 times on the fifth the fastening gave up. Tried to contact them by phone email and message through eBay, no joy. Got a third party involved and after weeks got a message to send them back. Which I did at my own expense. Not long after they received the boots I got a refund off eBay half the price £17.75. I’d paid £35.00 and £5.30 return postage. Got no boots and out of pocket. Any assistance would be appreciated

Contact ebay and ask why they only refunded half.   You can request a callback on here:

What do you mean by you got a third party involved?

Ebay can only help if you used the ebay money back guarantee to make your claim and you wouldn't have had to pay the return postage if you had done that.
