Is this is following a cancellation or has an item has been returned to the seller? If the latter If you've started a return request you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days. So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
Also refunds can take a while. The money will return to the source of the original payment. If you used your debit card the money will return to your bank account in about 7 days. Credit card refunds return to card in up to 30 days although usually quicker.
